Hello everybody! I am SearchingforAAA. (It took me 5 minutes to come up with that username. E1.gif )

I am also known as -_-? over at Bemanistyle.

DDR Experience: I have been playing DDR for 21 months now, and I can pass almost every 9 footer in DDR (except for Cartoon Heroes, Rhythm and Police, Dead End, and CSFILSM, those I fail at the end of) with an A at least.

I have passed 2 10 footers, bag, B and Sakura, A, and I can get to the halfway point of Max 300. LoM and Maxx Unlimited I haven't even tried yet.

I have a song count of 723 in Stepmania.

My favorite musical artists are Squarepusher, Autechre, Rammstein, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Pole, and Shpongle. And I'm also a big fan of minimalist art.

Hey there. I'm Cy. I'm pretty new to both the DDR world and DDRFreak.com. I've watched my friends play DDR in the arcades and at tournaments since early 2003, but only started playing myself this summer. Didn't see what all the fuss was about until I tried it and now I'm hooked. I'm working on leaving Standard behind and playing Heavy full-time happy.gif

Hey everybody my name is Michael and i'm from Tracy, CA( which is by Livermore & San Fransisco). I started playing DDR in 2001 w/ my sister(who's 15) when my foot-eye-coordination actually kicked in. riiight.gif then puberty helped a lot (i'm 12 by the way). So now i'm hecka beating my sister who hates freeze arows, too much air, and slow songs, because she says "I have to c the arrows E2.gif i'm not like u and follow the beat!" (What a baby). E15.gif

So i love computers i just play w/ my laptop all day. I like Sports, especially Baseball(Go Yankees!!!), and obviously DDR!!!

Just so u no i hate Pokemon. Me & my sister wud watch it all the time when they just had 150. After that they got so stupid w/ making new one's pokemon.gif so i just like 2 watch Yu-Gi-Oh a little(so dont diss Yu-Gi-Oh dude).

So that's all about me what about u guys.

My name's DocMenach, AKA Mike. The health club I work at recently bought DDR for thier youth center. Since I am thier tech guy they had me take it home to test it all out and make sure everything was working properly. Needless to say, the next day I ordered a set of BNSDX pads, and Ultramix2 for myself. I've only been playing for about a week and a half now. I've got a few 2, 3, and 4 foot AA's (no PAs yet) and am begining to clear some 6 foots.

Talk about an addictive game, it's nearly replaced all of my other video gaming.

I am probably one of the older players on the forums, I'm 26.

Hi everyone, my name is Sam.

I am 25 years old and have only played DDR for 3 months.

My name is from the fact that I am a black belt and took ballet and jazz lessons years back.

My skill is passing most 5-6 footers, I'm not too concerned with FCs as of yet.
I am a kinda big guy but am semi-athletic.

It's all Naoki's fault, he drew me to the game with his awesome songs.

Thanks and later.
Sam.

Hello all,
My name is Jason and I work in a small school district in MN. I am very interested in starting a DDR unit throughout our district and am looking for some advice:
1. What would be the most effective way to have 30-34 students active playing DDR in a gym setting?
2. Can more than 2 players play at the same time on the same tv?
3. I would need it to be portable (so I can take it to other schools in the District)
4. Cost; DDR pads (wireless option?), game console, TV's/projector and any other equipment I would need to have 30-34 kids participating.

5. Is it available for different ability levels? K-12?

I really appreciate the help and information, I feel that this would be a great opportunity to get kids active and have some FUN!

thanks
Jason
