Question about making panels for metal pads

when you make lexan panels for the BNS Metal Pad, or any other metal pad that doesnt use only 4 screws,where can you buy lexan plastic, do u have to drill holes in the corners of each panel so they can be screwed in, and after putting on the arrow designs, does anything have to be put under them so the foam and the sheet metal can be put on? or does the foam just go under the arrow design? what foam should i use if i am using sheet metal instead of crappy aluminum foil?

their panels are ready to use. you don't need to make an hole or anything. just unscrew your panel, and comprare the picture they have. it shouldn't be hard to exchange. I found my there and works perfact
