what a load of crap all this 'arcade boyz' stuff. it all basically boils down to how good-looking the guy is, if hes ugly then he's on his own for life, and if he is hot then it doesn't even matter whether he plays the damn ddr games or not, because naturally he'll get the girls flocking to him. the 'arcade boys' crap makes no relevance, as deep down it's just yet another case of the 'hot guys get it all', thus treating the arcade place as yet another venue for yet some more shallow girls to find their tall, dark, handsome man when the clubs and bars cannot be found or aren''t open, or have their daily ego-boosting dig at some ugly loser guy/freak in there.
the reason why you hardly see hot girls (or if any girls) to start with is because arcades are generally considered/associated with the label 'geeky, spotty, ugly games players', thus resulting in the lack of females in those places. unless of course some good-looking bad boys bring them along with them, or the place is a meeting place for the hot bad boys which then you'll see girls mysteriously popping in a for a quick glance, or better still, to get off.
and to the guys here pathetically whining and whining about how no girls give you the time of day - it's not because you're shy or they're shy - it's because you're either damn ugly or average looking. sorry to break it to you, but drop dead hot guys do NOT get ignored by girls. in fact the hot guy doesn;'t even have to do anything. so stop spending 10 years and sneakily looking back to see if there are any girls watching you when youre choosing your song and get back to playing your expert max300s, psms, loms, because even if there are girls watching, they'll only be either watching you make a fool of yourself or watching the ddr. REMEMBER - FAST FEET MOVEMENTS, TURNING & QUICK JUMPING does NOT, I repeat, does NOT make a girl like and date you. jealous arent you? hahaha. no-one cares about you or wanna have some bedroom fun with you cos you're UGLY. you may be good at your max300s, psms, loms, maxxs etc etc but just a shame you're no good at turning girls on huh?
no doubt that because i've pointed out the truth i'll probably get some replies naturally, ignorantly & automatically labelling me as some kind of hideous-looking guy, but im just saying it as it is.

Guys are always "Ugly" with capital U if they are always morose and sad and looking to the ground perpetually. I wasn't given the time of day by any girl until I changed my outlook on life and began to smile continually -- then the girls flocked to me.

LordDancer, that is not true, well not entirely anyway. Sure there might be a part of that, but even if a guy is really good looking, without the correct attitude, he won't get anything.
Here's a funny fact:
Most guys want useful stuff, right? We don't really care how the living room looks, as long as we have a big TV and the home theater system that goes with it. Girls are usually the opposite and are willing to sacrifice some usefulness just so that it looks better. The exception is with gf/bf. Guys are looking for cute girls, but girls aren't looking that much if the guy is really cute or not (within a certain range, dah!).

well maybe but im just exposing the geeky fanboy traits. ivew been to arcades with ddr machines where you get these ugly geeks playing on the machines, on the catas/10s (naturally of course). whenever theres no-around the arcade they just hang around the place chatting, and when some girls come in eventually they literally barge each other out of the way to play the machines.
it really is a pathetic sight. |

I would like to say your comments are erroneous and ridiculous, but they aren't - people really are that shallow and despicable. The amount of girls or boys I have met who have ever contributed a single meaningful thought or contemplation on anything at all is well below one in ten thousand.

You are way too sexist and stereotypical for me to spend more effort on than to write the following comment.
I am an "arcade boy" in the sense that I am a boy and occasionally visit the arcade, but I am NOT ugly or geeky. I don't go to the arcade and write downevery score I get or memorize stepcharts so I can do songs backwards, I just go every now and then to have a good time. I have average build, average looks, average grades, and the only thing I ever get slightly geeky about is DDR, and I play other sports like golf, bowling, and paintball.
You seriously need to get your head out of your a$$ and stop making comments like this

You sound like you've been rejected a couple times (assumption) and it may not be because of the "arcade boy" thing. Think about who's one of the richest guys in the US? Bill Gates, would you consider him a nerd? I do! So just because someone is a nerd or a geek doesn't mean they won't find someone. Ya never know, they could meet a girl who is impressed and then figures out they have a lot in common? Love is screwed up like that.

1) How do you know how deep he is? Maybe there aren't any girls deeper then him, I agreed with much of what he said.
2) How do you know he was being sexist? I wasn't. Girls are incredibly shallow. So are guys. That isn't sexist at all.

That's not exactly true. It depends on what girl. All girls are not exactly like Martha Stewart. This explains why guys should not form a roundabout opinion on girls, because every girl is individual.

Well i've been seeing a girl for about 7 months now, the last time I was rejected mustve been about a year ago, but then again im usually very busy with work to go out on the pull. and besides, i've already said the "arcade boy" thing isn't relevant at all, like i said this thread is practically a 'discuss hot guys' thread disguised in a less crude and less trashy manner.

Of course in the end she choose the aver....whoops I mean the male model!! I wonder why? God that made me laugh 
anyway i live in wales in in uk and i go to university there to study (duh), and its absoultly packed with these blonde 'scally' bimbos who dress in the most provocative way possible, usually in groups. once at lunchtime i had my lunch with my friends at the cafetirea, and behind our table were a bunch of said-bimbos, they were so damn loud and arrogant that we could all hear them, and guess what their discussion consisted of? yep you guessed it, sex and hot guys. it seems they were on a judging mission or something, they were talking about the guys THEY know back at their places, and all they could ever talk about was whether the guys were date-able or not - yes the main factor being the looks. and they were the kind of girls all the hetrosexual guys love in terms of looks.
