PARANOiA ETERNAL Step Charts

I was wondering if anyone could tell me why the step charts for this song on this site is different from the step charts on DDR EXTREME US for PS2.

There were 2 charts, one from 5th Mix and then one from Extreme. The Extreme chart will have the freeze arrows.

paranoia eternal is a cool song not made by naoki(not for sure about this one), but has a horrible stepchart.

Yes, it's a fanmade mix that won some contest to get into a Bemani game (I think starmine is another example, a la IIDX). And I happen to like both stepcharts.
