Beatmania arcade controller dimensions

I am building a 5-key controller with Happs buttons and I would need this information.

Dimensions for Beatmania/IIDX button positions on arcade cabinets.
I'm looking for the measurements between the buttons, the gap, and also the gap dimensions between the top and bottom row of the keys.

I just need the gap space dimensions, while keeping in consideration the button itself and its plastic frame holder.

I like these pictures enough to build it to my own dimensions, they show me proportions of button width to the gaps sizes in good details.
