If there's already something around with machine dimensions... please forgive me.

Anywho, ITG at home requires a makeshift bar (I think). I've tried the couch, the foosball table, assorted chairs, little brothers... you name it. So my question is... what is the standard height of the bar? To me it seems that the ITG bar is a little bit higher than the DDR bar. I'm 6'2" and can't use the bar in DDR worth crap, but they call in SVU when I use it during ITG. So I think I'd be looking for the taller of the two. Thanks!

According to the ITG2 manual, the height of the cabinet without the screen is 1.64 meters, and the difference in height between the two is not a whole lot - the cabinet has height that goes below the stopping level of the bar, which stops at the pad, so they look to be nearly the same height (the bar is slightly longer). I'd go with about 1.7 meters.

As for the remaining dimensions, I can't really help you there. I will say though that this should go in the ITG forum, since it really has nothing to do with DDR.

Well... I figured it had more to do with the comparison of the 2 arcade cabinets, which is why I put it here. Anywho, doesn't matter now, cause that's basically all i was looking for. Thanks.

Eh, I dunno about you, but 1.7 meters doesn't really make a lot of sense. That'd make it over 5 and a half feet, and since that's about my height, I'll tell you right now that the ITG bar doesn't go up to my head.

Isn't he talking about the cabinet, not the bar? I...think... E19.gif

Some people might be talking about the bar's height from the ground compared to the bar's height from the top of the pads. Maybe that explains why measurements seem off =\
