I want to use this for the circuit for my Dance Pad. I have a PS2/Xbox/USB(modded Xbox wire). I am going to splice the Xbox connector so i can use it. for teh UsB.

But my question is. Is this pad perfect as for no malfunctions like it won't work for a certain mode or does the pad show up as a pad on Xbox Live. Stuff like that. Is it really a Xbox pad and a Ps2 combined?

I have one of these pads and it's heald up perfectly (with the exception of my poor foam insert, which is getting denser by the day) 6 months playing heavy every day, and the sensors still work fine. It's compatable with XBox, PS2 and Gamecube, and yes it shows up as a pad on Live.

I was talking about the same dance pad you specified in your title. I just probably have a different version, since the one you just linked doesn't say anything about being compatable with Game Cube.
