yep. As a Buddhist, I kinda have to know this stuff. That symbol is actually an old sanskrit symbol called 'Svasti' (so you can see how the Nazis got their name for it) that was used in Buddhist practice for centuries predating the Nazis. I've seen quite a few Buddha statues featuring the symbol.
Also I read a story last year about how the symbol was featured on banners put up around parts of NYC, and it pissed off the Jewish community really effectively.
