I don't know the title of the song put it goes like this:
The Roof! The Roof! The Roof is on FIRE!!!" and so on. That one would be great at parties!
A little more seriously, my wife and I want more songs based on classical composers, like Speed Over Beethoven, Beethoven Virus. We're quite happy about the Polotsvian one (sp?) |

Wouldn't be great if you could order/download any song you wanted with dance steps (kinda like I-tunes for DDR)? Songs I would like to see are:
Stevie B. - Spring Love
Nocera - Summertime
Amber - Sexual
? - Deepest Blue
Amerie - One Thing
Britney Spears - Slave 4 Ya (?)
Snoop - Signs

I'm wondering: since the official DDR Extreme 2 website says that Fatboy Slim and Chemical Brohers are each contributing a song, which ones do you hope they'll contribute?
For Fatboy Slim, I'm hoping its Retox or Weapon of Choice. For Chemical Brothers, I hope its It Began in Afrika or Get Yourself High (with the video). Just imagine trying not to get distracted when this video is playing in the background:

Just wondering, Nervous: is "?" the name of the Deepest Blue song, or do you just not know the title? If it's the second reason, I think the song you're thinking of might be "Deepest Blue." If that's the song you're thinking of, I agree with you: that would be a good DDR song.
And now a little question based on the wishes of Wermo: Which classical pieces would you want covered by a DDR artist? And which artist would you want it covered by? I've already mentioned Holst's "The Planets: Jupiter," for example. Naoki would be my artist of choice for this, since he's the most experienced with ultra-fast songs. |

"Squeeze Me Macaroni" by Mr. Bungle would make a nasty (flashing?) 10.
"Canned Heat" by Jamiroquai would make a badass 9-footer.
"Volcano" by Jimmy Buffett would make for a lovely Sana-esque 8.
"Play That Funky Music" by Wild Cherry would make a chaotic yet awesome 7.
The music from Bubble Man's stage in Mega Man 2 could be a nice, peaceful 6.
Obviously, shortened versions of most of these would need to be used.
Also, Stairway to Heaven could make an interesting Nonstop/Oni course by itself. |
