I have found my mat most closely resembles the mats in this thread: TX-1000 Metal Pad (AKA CypherGames / GamesDepot). Now, here is why I made a new thread on this...my mat doesn't like my PS2. riiight.gif When I first got my mat it never did light up around the arrows like it was intended to. disgust.gif Now, not to long ago I went to my friends house with my mat and we plugged it in and started playing...I failed my first song in LIGHT! erm.gif This is why...I looked down and the panels were lighting up now! laugh.gif Now I was all happy and the next morning I went straight home and started up my PS2. Now they don't work! E2.gif

At first I thought it was because his house had carpet and mine was tile but soon that was eliminated because he moved his PS2 to a tile floor also.
Then I thought it wasn't working with mine because I play DDRMax2...he has DDRMax and DDRExtreme but that was elimated after trying them at each other's houses.
So I'm out of ideas EXCEPT ONE! I got my PS2 one year earlier than him...could my model of PS2 be different than his and not support this? Or could it be that my PS2 is damaged because none of my dualshock controllers have rumble anymore (I haven't tried anyone elses yet) Any ideas on this because I have to replace my right panel and if it is something internal I'd like to fix it at the same time! Thanks! E1.gif

i think its not your ps2 its that u bought a crappy TX-1000, which are the worst metal pads on the market,(or second worst, thers the crap bluespark metal pad), if u can, return the piece of crap TX-1000, and get yourself a RO AB or a Cobalt Flux(if u want, get a arcade mod kit), or if dont have much money after returning it, buy a good 3rd party soft pad and mod it, i used a gamestop soft pad and i modded it yesterday it stil works like a charm after the stomped on it on Paranioa Rebirth on Trick...and failed lol

You found the TX-1000 thread, and so you decided to post a new thread since you found it?

Here's how this works - you find a thread concerning a topic. If the topic is stickied/announced or has been recently replied to, then you just post in that thread. If the topic hasn't been replied to recently (like within a month or more), then only post to it if what you have to say is relatively important and relevant. In either case, do *not* post a new thread.
