I have a Nextel. I think this means that I'd have to shell out the $30 for the link cable.
But nice MIDIs though. |

Good
Euphoria(I'd have done a different part, but it sounds good)
Delirium(Best one, I'd use this one if I had a cell phone)
Decent
Infection(just sounds meh)
My Life is So Crazy(should have done a different part of the song)
Bad
Hardcore Symphony(bad choice, makes a bad midi)
Why?
Tell(umm, this is the same William Tell Overture found everywhere right? I wouldn't recognize it from ITG if I heard it) _________________

Not at all to disgrace your files, but a few of the ones you've made plus some are at http://www.inthegroove.com/. You do have some that they don't, however . |

I was doing people over at Itgfreak and inthegroove.com a favor and putting what songs they wanted into midi format.
I'm glad you enjoyed Euphoria and Delirium, however I don't feel you understand how hard it is to port these complex songs(with the exception of hardcore symphony) into the midi format.
If you think a ringer should be in a diffrent part of the song, you fucking make it. I am trying to help people out and I get knocked for it.
And as for Tell, it goes exactly with the music. So I am sorry you can't hear. |

I was just saying that Tell was silly to do since the general song William Tell Overture is Very popular and probably easy to find. It would be hard to tell(no pun intended) if someone had the ringtone from your work instead of the hundreds of others. And I definately didn't understand why people wanted Harcore Symphony. It's too quiet and bassy of a song to be a good midi.
July Euromix is great though, I would use that one. Captures the song well, repeats well, everything. Great one.
You're doing a fine job though. _________________

Er, I don't know why people say Tyler's Infection sounds funny: on my 4-poly phone (I was told that is the lowest possible quality for a polyphonic phone :x), Infection sounds so much better than everything else. I like everything you have done... if you only you would have made the My Life is So Crazy midi play the main part of the song (the part that comes right where your midi cuts off.)
Otherwise awesome job. Does anyone have any idea how to make the Utopia and July midis that sound so good from that site someone gave in ITGFreak work on my phone? They get downloaded but don't play :x Do I have to shorten them?
EDIT: Also, does anyone else think the RedOctane people must have been deaf to allow most of the ringtones (all midis other than Infection, Delirium, Tell2 and Zodiac2, actually). They sound like the maker of these tones can't play notes worth poopy (seriously, how can you possibly screw up the main part of LIQUID MOON? Jeez) |

Er, no. He made them and then he submitted them to inthegroove.com
He even said it in this thread I think. RedOctane shouldev'e given credit to whoever did which ringtone. |
