My knees aren't the one's that hurt after playing. My feet hurt more than my knees do. But, I guess biking and then playing DDR could be killer on your knees. _________________

Odd, my knees never hurt when I play DDR. My ankles, on the other hand, well...I feel that for awhile, but I keep playing regardless of pain or not. _________________

My knees would hurt all the time back then while playing, but only because I kept doing kneedrops. One time, I slipped and fell so hard on my knees that I thought I tore cartilidge. Now whenever I get on my knees there'll be a super sharp pain so I stopped doing that type of stuff. _________________

Doesn't usually happen while I'm playing, but later when I'm walking or something I get a really sharp pain in my knee. It goes away after a few minutes though so nothing to worry about. _________________

No, you're not the only one. I usually ride 20-40 miles a day, four to five days per week, and if I play DDR on the same day, my knees will hurt the next day to the point where I have trouble walking. DDR is very high impact, so your knees take a beating when you play. _________________
Well, the final total was 207, 342. The fuel pump went out, and since it would cost too much to fix, I donated the Buick to charity.
Fare thee well, Riviera, and God speed. |

I play for at least an hour a day on heavy and the only problems I've had with my knees were when I first started. Nothing in the past 4-5 months though.
Maybe I'm just lucky. _________________

It's the biking that is killing your knees. I have a bum knee and can't even ride 60 miles before it starts to hurt. I can play DDR till the wee hours on a metal pad and never have an issue. When you bike, you put a lot of power throught the knee and it irritates the joint. I would advise using lower gears and pedaling faster (that's what I do now and it works much better) |

My knees hurt just after walking, so I've learned to put up with it while playing DDR. |
