I concour. I've played for about a year and I can do most if not all songs on challenge and Heavy. (Woo I just did Max 300) But I find it keeps my body in shape, and It is great cardo. (Woo having a GF)

yes very reason as to why I play

It's simple yet incredibly different, fun, and unique. Mastering the difficult songs gives me quite a challenge- I get a triumphant feeling when I pass that hard song that I've been working on, putting my sweat and effort into, a feeling that I don't get when i get my level 31 in Halo E15.gif . Impressing crowds is always fun and the game is a great way to stay in shape.

DDR is too fun. It involves body and eye coordination. It involves thinking, which is good to do... THINK. Think about which foot to the arrow with. Thinking about your timing. Focus on the beats, etc. And most of all it's different compared to those couch potatoe games that involve simple things to do to beat the game. But with DDR, you have hundreds of challenging songs to take on, which makes the game more entertaining for you. Thats why I like it.

I still play DDR and enjoy it because I know I am improving. About a month ago, I was trying songs in Standard. Now, I'm getting into the heavy songs and all of my hard work has really paid off. I only got into DDR because I like the idea of dancing to many different kinds of songs.

DDR attracts people because, frankly, dancing is fun. People like to move rhythmically, put their bodies in motion and even occasionally start commotions. DDR adds a flavor of challenge, so that instead of simply doing something that's fun you're doing something that's fun and feel like you're accomplishing something, the same feeling of triumph that attracts people to every other video game. The excercise and health value of it don't hurt either, or the ability to show off to random people in arcades.

I think you hit every point there for me biggrin.gif

But it also just gives me something to do other than sit on the couch and eat doritos all day E15.gif

Same as those guys.

PS DORITO's ROX lol
