Hi, i've owned a BNS pad for over a year now and the metal panels have lost their mirror finish, does anyone know of any household products or waxes that can return that finish?

Also, I have been disappointed with the pad's performance ever since I got the pad because of its small sensors, and I am planning to convert my sensors into riptide's screw design. Does anyone have any experience with these sensor types? How well do they respond and how do they measure in terms of sensitivity. I am planning on putting a 1/4 in. piece of pegboard under the carbon fiber arrows to reduce flexability, but i'm worried everything will be too tight when I screw the brackets back on. If anyone has any advice before I start my operation, it would be greatly appreaciated!

Thanks!
