Or just play them off the game, and record them.

The full version of Little doggy is in iTunesMusicStore (iTunes != iPod...). I belive Skie made an iMix of legitimate iTMS DDR songs.

Gary Survivor, Stepmania isn't illegal, but the MP3's/Artwork (I dont think the stepdata is...) is all copywrighted material of Konami, so it is technically illegal. If you are really worried about Stepmania, take it to the DDRPC/Sims forum.
