First ITG2 unlock code "unlocked"

Plaguefox sent us word over the weekend that the first unlock code for In The Groove 2 had been "leaked" out to the public. The title banner for the Roxor forums had its image changed to add a hexidecimal value, which when converted to decimal, translated to the proper stepcode to unlock Hardcore Symphony, as well as expert steps for two of the default songs. The unlock code is as follows:

Enter the code at the mode selection screen to permanently unlock the new content.

It wasn't really a find on his part - He *is* Roxor.

He was the one that told us about it.

I would've posted about this on Saturday when he told me about it, but...well...you know...

seems like an aweful lot of trouble to go through just to get an unlock code............

why dont you just do it the oldschool way and play so many songs until its unlocked. or is this some kind of super-secret-game-spoiler-make-your-character-fly kind of code that cant be unlocked by beating stuff in the game?

The arcade dance games usually release unlock codes as time goes on. It happened with DDR Extreme, and ITG. It just adds more gameplay to the game to keep things (somewhat) fresh as time goes on

Yes, but reportedly there's a lot of problems with people getting it to work on their machines, so it may not work for you.
