What do people do while playing DDR that really angers you?

I am in no way racist.

I was playing in the mall one day (yes the mall thats the closest machine to me, in Madison, Wi) and I was going along on Matsuri Japan, heavy. All the sudden this group of "wiggers" with one black person come up behind me. I hear "cigarette" and "homo" being uttered which i dont really care about. But THEN they get on my pad. This is what really pissed me off. I don't care if you insult me because you are ignorant, I don't care about you making osbcene comments, BUT DONT TOUCH MY frick PAD

Long story short I got two free credits from the arcade guy and then was invited to a tourny.

It's annoying, sure, and it's fun to go after a noob (a beginner), but remember, we all had our times like that...in fact, the only reason I have the confidence to do heavy in the arcade was because a n00b (an inconsiderate person) was making fun of me for doing standard, I then did hysteria heavy to show him I could do it .

I prefer to do standard songs over heavy songs sometimes. Just so you can like, pop along with the song without having to severely strain yourself.

*Dont care if it was repeated, it pisses me off, and Im gonna post it. This is in no order. Just as I think it up.

Beginner Bar Rapers. Its Beginner, you wont die if you let go of the bar. Trust me.

Little Kids. I mean like, dozens of them at once. Especially in small areas. STOP SWARMING THE MACHINE! AGHHHH *Death*

People who hate speed mods. "Oh nos u use teh speed mod uree gayyy lolz u cant play good hahahaha." *Quick Punch to the Face*

Shadowers. "OMGZ IM TOTALLY GUNNO SHAODW U KAY LOLZ I LOVE TO SHADO!" *intentionally trips shadower off machine*

Townies. "I passed Afronova on LIGHT! FEAR ME!!!!!!!!!!"

Stompers. Stop killing the machine. It never did anything bad to you.

Kids who think coin queue is "free money for me to take."

Kids who dont know what a coin queue is, and insist they play whenever they feel like it.

Fanboys. Nuff said.

People who mock you. I always tell them Im willing to pay for their game and see how well they do. They always decline. Because they suck.

Stupid people who like to screw you up while playing. "LOLZ LOOK AT ME I STEPPED ON HIS PAD LOLZ HAHAHAHA U FAIL!" *intentionally breaks idiots foot*

People who say that since you cant freestyle, you suck. "OMGZ U KANT PLAY TUSGARU ON HEEVY BACKWARDS WITH URE EYES CLOSED!?! LMAO U SUCK LOLOLOLOL." *Punch*

Kids who think you suck as you play on Heavy, just to see said kid come up and play on Beginner. And suck.

Kids who like to steal your stuff. You try that to me, youll be hurting. For a long time.

Kids who are like "OMG DdR is so0o0o0o gayyy its not even dancing lOLz idk y ud play that!"

Kids who think its cool to mess up machines. Because its not cool, its stupid.

People who put their hands on the screen, and smudge it to death.

Barefoot players.

Butterfly - The Song.

Places that neglect their machines. *cough*Knotts Berry Farm*cough*

ACErs (really fat rollercoaster enthusiasts) stomping the KBF Machines to death..more than they already are.

Kids who insist on using a dollar on the coin queue. Its a coin queue.

Slippery pads thanks to water/dirt/dust.

People who dirty a machine.

Vandals. Stop ruining stuff that isnt yours. Jerks.

People who use the bar on easy songs (even on Heavy if they are at that level) I can understand if you're trying it for the first time or something, but at least challenge yourself by not using it sometimes.

Ignorant people who think it's fun to step on the pad while you're playing. Sure that just looks SOO much better than what I'm doing (actually playing)

Little kids that run around the pad thinking my legs moving rapidly won't hurt them.

People that are loud, distracting, bothersome, etc....during an ONI COURSE! This thing takes concentration.

People who think they're better than they really are.

People who leave their token up, leave to see a movie or eat dinner or something, and then come back expecting it to be their turn because they waited for like 30 minutes - 2 hours. No, you leave the area you forfeit your turn.

why are barefoot players hated so much? my girlfriend plays barefoot and it makes me happy haha...but yeah she wears flip-flops... but maybe i could see how that wouldn't be good if there's like a 300 pound dude that takes off his socks and shoes and gets up there with reeking feet or something...

or is it that you can cut your foot and bleed everywhere?

If someones doing a hands routine (ITG or DDR Freestyle), Im pretty sure they wouldnt want to have to place their hands in someones footcheese.

Yea I wear those kinds of gloves, their real nice during the summer when every piece of metal is close to a thousand degrees.

I don't know if it's been mentioned before, but it's always irked me when kids get together and form a 4 person "dancing machine" on one of the dance pads. Most always these guys are stomping really hard on the pad. I know the pad was built to take the full weight of one player, but come on, there is no way that pad can withstand that!
This tends to annoy me more than the heaviest, clumsiest kid, playing the easiest song, but still crushing the buttons because she thinks that if she doesnât apply at least two metric tons of force to each buttonm, it won't go off.

Also something Iâve had mixed feelings about is kids who run up to a ddr machine and put 1 token in and run away thinking the machine is broken. On the one side this is friggen annoying, and on the other, free tokens!
