I believe DDR UK has an overwhelmingly large selection of simfiles via the torrent, BUT, you have to register on their site first.

Also, I don't mean to flame or anything, but would it really kill you to look for yourself on the thread labeled "Get your simfiles to SM/DWI here!"? DDRUK is the first item on the list...
