LOL. Well if you mimic the pad moves then i'm sure many people would just stare and laugh or just ignore you. DDR DOES help you dance though. It really helps me with sorting out beats to dance to within songs. I think that it's just easier to pick them out now that i've played ddr. Ofcourse all they ever play at clubs is rap disgust.gif so it's kinda hard to dance to anyways. But once in awhile they'll play a good techno/dance song that you can break to. E1.gif

No DDR in club, but DDR can help you learn how to REALLY dance and move your body. And I'm not talking about that crappy "I'm going to hump your buttocks for two hours" kindof dancing that is seen these days. REAL DANCING DAMMIT!!!!

Absolutely not. If you can memorize the steps to a song in the game, and if you know how to dance for real, it may come in handy if you want to come up with some kind of flashy routine.

if you just do the stomps to the song, then no. personally, i used to suck at dancing but got good at it by watching people at freestyle tourneys. i think alot of DDR transfers to the dance floor, mainly foot placement, rythem, and stamina.

i know my spelling sucks
