casue 99% of peoples custom files suck the ones that dont are already avalibe on DDRei in the tournimix files


and no you dont have permission or the rights to offical steps

Read this for why DDRFreak doesn't carry official simfiles.

BemaniStyle has a database for user-made simfiles, so DDRFreak has no reason to do it as well. It would basically be a waste of server space (and thus money).
