DDR habits

I made this thread to ask,
what are some habits you usually do before playing a game or song in ddr at the arcades or at home.
A habit i have of doing before playing DDR is always doing some type of real dance move before playing or maybe humming the song before i play.
what habits do you have when you play i noticed a lot of ppl have 'em and ive seen some really funny ones

well i always end up planning out what songs im gonna do then i sing all the songs to myself lol

I just get the songs stuck in my head and play DDR to get them out.

i twitch my fingers before and during play. i dont know what that has to do with ddr but i only do it when im about to play or am playing. and i have an obsession with windexing the pads, screen, and shoes after every song.

What I usually do is play Ultramix and Ultramix 2,and listen to the music on my iPod.Just the basic things.

To psych myself up before playing a 10 footer sometimes I jump around the pad and trash talk the song. "Oh yeah, MaxX Unlimited...big scary 10 footer. Yeah, I'm not afraid of you." Usually in my head to prevent odd looks.

Whilst waiting: read a book (I almost always pick up a new manga or 2 since I tend to DDR at the mall, or at an arcade near Barnes and Noble), listen to MP3 player, play air-IIDX (I always get strange looks)

Whilst playing: pushing glasses back onto the bridge of my nose, singing Butterfly, singing the English parts of Sweet Sweet <3 Magic (um... Magickal love, something something, Love is in the air, love is everywhere, something ), singing PPR whilst playing Era (for no apparent reason), singing So Deep (its not hard - dudun dudun dudun dudun dun dun (repeat for ages)

well, when the arrows start, I hit the pad with my feet in time with the arrows. Kind of a wierd habit, huh?

At the start of a song, before the arrows scroll by, I step up-right-down-left to make sure no arrows are sticking(if i've never played on that machine before), and if I have played on it before it's just to see the arrows light up

After a song I glance arround, and on the rare occasion I have to wait I sit on a racing game near DDR and watch whoever is playing.

At home, I do crunches and push-ups during Endless Mode breaks and after Arcade Mode sets. I don't do anything else too weird, though I'll sometimes attempt to run and get a beverage during the very brief pauses in between songs on Endless Mode.

whenever i play at home i look out the window to see if any 1 is coming so i dont look stupid jumping around in the middle of the day . i also look around after i select a song for no reason at all i guess i'm looking for valuable things i should try not to break.

WELL... Before each game pretty much, mee and my DDR buddy seem to argue (in front of a crowd too) about the song or who get's which pad or whatever. But it's friendly arguing.

I have to deem this as a habit because it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.
