Bemani Pocket

I was recently seraching stuff and google and found these: http://images.google.com/images?svnum=10&hl=en&lr=&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=Bemani+Pocket&btnG=Search. They are pocket size versions of Bemani games. They have alot of Beatmania. Some DDR (including special ones like Pooh Bear and Hello Kitty), Guitar Freaks, Pop'n Music, and Para Para Paradise. I gave out a Google search because I couldnt find the direct URL to just the Bemani Pockjet page. So has anyone ever seen these. Are they fun? How much dothey run for? Thnx.

There is no real Bemani Pocket page, but they cost like 30 bucks.

Ive found an actuall site for them and i believe the Hello Kitty DDR one was 40$ but shipping costs were crazy..Shipping was gonna be 40 more dollars So it was gonna cost 80!!!111

The Bemani Pockets are probably some of the rarest Bemani games ever. There's a really wide range of them, including DDR, several different Beatmania games, Pop'N Music, and Guitar Freaks, but it's hard to find any of them. The only ones I've ever seen on import sites were the Hello Kitty and Winnie the Pooh DDR ones and a couple of the Beatmania games. And when you do find them, they're almost always expensive. I think they retailed at around $30 as Tekkie mentioned. Someone I used to know around here managed to find ParaParaParadise Pocket and bought it for $65. On the less extreme end, NCS seems to have Beatmania Pocket Love Stories right now for $40, and there are a few (including 2 PPP Pockets!) on Yahoo Japan Auctions ranging in price from about $2.70 to $27.00 at current yen-dollar exchange rates. That's not taking into account other fees you'd encounter buying from a Japanese auction site, though.
