Agreed with Nyanko. Japanese songs seems to get me more "intune" with the DDR atmosphere. They tend to have a more structured and wide variety of song selections, while still maintaining their ethnicity.

It's all opinion, but more people choose the JPN mixes because their song lists are closer to those of their arcade counterparts.
