Hello everyone, I'm new here and I've been looking at various pads and at your forums here to no avail to find a decent pad. I only seem to find "don't buy this pad" or "don't buy from this retailer."
Anyway, doing some shopping on my own, I decided an Ignition pad is the way to go. The only problem is there are so many different kinds: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0! Which is the best? And if this is not the best method of judging how good a pad is, what pads would you recommend for a solid 6/7 footer intermediate player either modded or un-modded?
Thanks a bunch. |

There's pretty much no difference between them. They only use those version numbers to make it appear that they're actually doing work on them and making them better over time, when they're not even paying to research the designs actually.
Basically, the theory is that newer = better, and so you'll pay more if it has a big version number. Regardless of whether or not it's crap. _________________

Real Ignition pads are made by RedOctane, and only have a 2.0 or 3.0. The rest are rather good attempts at knock-offs. |
