You only need one answer if it's the correct answer. The PA Theme is about Penny Arcade. (Though I recommend listening to the version in the arcade instead of the home version--Redoctane fucked it up bad.)
As for INSERTiON, why does a song even have to be about anything? What's Max 300 about?

| The actual name of the song is "Penny Arcade Theme", and you can get the original uncensored lyrics and MP3 at Front's site here. The arcade version is almost identical to the original recording, they just cut out a few seconds of intro and bleeped the word "doggy". The PS2 version, on the other hand, is.... mangled. Badly. |

It was either click stick or Arcadia, can't remember which one.
I'll go hunting for them tonight... IIRC they expired the articles though :-\.
