Abyss, though on the machine I play on most it messes up 99% of the time on it. =(

Also, I like look to the sky and Pop 4 difficult isnt a half bad warmup either.

My idea of a warm up is to get in the feeling and also stretch a little, so I think its sort of odd so many people say stuff like Max 300 or Unlimited heavy. You know, "Warm up". Max 300 is more like a blast fernus, or pre heated oven.

Personally, I like Look To The Sky (T.C.) Standard.

Lots of stream, a few 8th steps here and there, it gets the blood pumping at a nice pace.

Neither do I. ^^

Other than that, my warmup songs of choice tend to be 1998, Sky High, Senorita (Speedy Mix)... that sort of thing.

I have a lot. Right now my favorite of any songs is Secret Rendezvous, because it's scary. I like On the Jazz light for warming up too.

My warm-up usually consists of one of these songs:

Afronova Standard- The jumps are such a simple pattern, and it's good to get the feet going.

Healing Vision Standard- I just like the song, and the speed change really helps me focus on timing.

Love Love Sugar Heavy - It's another fun song with jumps. I played this all the time on the home version before my down arrow broke on the pad. Darn the 50 dollar foam pad they sell at Gamestop devil.gif . Can't handle 8 footers worth anything.

My skills are limited to some 8 footers right now, but I can take nearly every 7 footer you throw at me.

My favorite warm up songs would have to be:

Holic on heavy, cuz its just a nice easy electric little beat that i can do really good at!

Genom Screams on heavy, just because i got a lot of the steps down

A on heavy, probably the best song for warm ups in my opinion... starts slow, then gets ur eyes moving... its all good!

FIRST POST... sucked... I know... What can ya do though?

if i go to the arcade i usually do a pretty easy song first(mostly to see how sensitive the buttons are, but i guess you could call it a warm up song hahah) like butterfly heavy or something like that..at home i usually do rythm & police heavy

I also use it as a cool-down song.
