Ok sry about the wrong info.
The following statement is just my opinion.
The Max 9 footers r harder then the Max2 9 footers (to pass, not PA). Yeah, i agree that Maxx unlimited is much harder than Max 300.

This says that MAX has 12 Catas (MAX 300 is included in that, because it's a 10, and 10>9.)

1.Easyniss. Well, i suggest that if your a beginer you might wanna start with max2.

Then again, if you are already good, buy max.

2.SongLists. Max has more songs by the arcade.
max has max 300

max2 has max unlimited

Well, have a good time deciding! ^^;

get max2 it has a way better song selection, begginer mode, nonstop mode, and it will help u become a better DDR player since there are some pretty hard 9 footers on it like xenon, so deep, tsugaru, and burning heat......... max2 also offers dark mode....... GET MAX2.

The only good things about them both, in my opinion, are the Tess songs. They had some of the best stepcharts ever. But other than that, they both blow compared to 5th Mix.

IMO, MaxX Unlimited is easier than Max 300...

So I've passed two ten-footers... bag w/ 3x (B) and MaxX Unlimited (D).

On a good day, I can pass MaxX Unlimited, although I have a lot of trouble near the end.

Max 300... I've never passed. I get too worn out, and after the long freeze, it gets very hard.

Back to the topic:

Although I guess you're deciding to buy both, I would buy Max 2. But Max is fun... oh, hard decisions.

Same for me. You can BS Maxx Unlimited near the end, but Max 300 is just so much more draining for some odd reason.

You deserve a round of applause.
Where have all the long mixes gone? E2.gif
plus no other mix has Lupin the 3rd's theme.

Of the 2 you ask about though...
I have no clue.
MAX has a lot of techno/trance (aka terrible sounding) songs.
But they are good to dance to.
2 has a chunk of awesome songs, and, IMO, better catas.
However, for the tanks out there who like the 10's, MAX has Max 300.
And Max 300 kicks the living crap out of Maxx Unlimited for me.
Just sounds and looks cooler.

So... there you go.
That didn't help at all, did it?

...

anyways some songs are exclusive to a mix and like everyone should like:

MAX - Flash in the Night and Ghost
MAX2 - Stay(TESS VERSION) and Trance de Janiero

I don't think the original poster was referring to Japanese versions... Also, MAX is probably cheaper (I got it for $30) than MAX2 (~$40). I'd say, if you have the money, get MAX2 now, because you can always get MAX later when you wouldn't have as much money, hypothetically speaking.

I second this opinion.
