I dont know if this is true or not. But I heard this somwhere. Actually I think it was on ddrfreak. If you turn off your console to son even after u gt the message that save has been completed, you could possibly prevent it from otally saving. Like even though the data is saved its still got maybe one more thing to do. I know I am making no sence here, but thats what I heard, and I know it was somewhere on ddrfreak....If I can find it I will post it

Digital Cyber, you're right, that kept happening to my brothers girlfriend and she had to keep starting over and stuff like that. Yea, just when it says saving and then it's done, keep cool for a minute or so, and then turn it off.

yea there right usually people just want to turn it off right away because there tired and they want to do other stuff but like they said it does corrupt your data if u turn it off right away. Its happened to me plenty of times frust.gif BTW it also does this on other games besides ddr so be careful

Also, make sure that you turn off the console(if a ps2) by holding in the reset button until it the light on it turns red, not by flicking the switch in the back. This seems to prevent data corruption reliably, moreso that just waiting to turn off on the main screen.
