Look people, I'm getting tired of this.
Just because Konami did something, or just because you support RoXoR and RedOctane in general (which I do), does not mean that you can go make up reasons for everything that they do. There is simply no reason why the 4 ITG2 preview songs will be released AFTER ITG2. No reason. At all. Just because Konami did it does not mean its good (do I really need to start listing Konami's mistakes?).
Really, I don't see a reason to defend them on everything they do. |

Konami has nothing to do with the late release of this. RO is saying June so it is either them or Sony causing the delay..chill out and enjoy the 4 ITG2 songs until it comes to an arcade near you _________________

Haha, I just got the RedOctane Newsletter in my email:
RedOctane wrote: | Just a quick heads up as to the status of In The Groove. The current timeframe for the release is officially in June. We'll have a lot more information for you in the next couple of weeks. We appreciate all the attention this game is getting, and trust me the wait will be very worth it! |

I'd feel better about the delay if they would change the release date on the official website already. It seems kind of shoddy...especially for a game and company that want to make a strong push into the home dance game market.
I'm still optimistic about the game, though. I'm an easy sale however. |

"The current timeframe for the release is officially in June."
They make it sound like its possible that it will be released in July. (No pun intended.) |

Any chance of there being an option to keep Overhead on by default, so you don't have to switch every round? |

In case you haven't had the opportunity, if you have a memory card, it saves the last speed mod and scroll type you had, and turns those on by default your next game. Most likely, this information will be saved on your handy-dandy playstation memory card for the home version. _________________

That's why your Playstation 2 mem card keeps track of your latest settings. _________________

Wasn't Vanity Angel one of those songs, too? |

So we're now in June 2005. Any predictions from anyone on a release date? Or do you think it will be pushed back a bit more? _________________

At the going rate, a "June Release Date" probably means "August/September" release date.
Going back to the release-date roulette, I'm putting half my chips on "September" and half on "Never." I'd be completely shocked if it was released on the 6th and surprised if it came out by the 16th.

Just a thought....but as long as Konami keeps up the lawsuit ITG will be delayed won't it? I don't even know if it's progressing. Also, if Konami wins what is it asking for? Could it possibly ask/demand that Roxor not release its game? |
