I heard Ladies' Night in Little Nicky at the beginning! biggrin.gif

Even though it was remixed...I still had to mention it.

*doesn't know if anyone's posted these*

in the roanoke, va paper about a month ago, there was an article about how DDR was helping obese (sp?) kids loose weight. they all got free DDR games AND metal dance pads.. i was so jelous. i clipped it out and put it in my locker right beside my colage.. E1.gif

there was also a thing on mtv2 like 22 greatest games or something last year. once again. telling people to loose weight with it. heh the mtv2 thing got me interested and i went out and bought it like a week or two later

Oh yes, probably part of McDonalds new "stay fit" attitude. They have these commercials like "I exercise, I love to stay fit, and eat my favourite food at Mickey D's! yada yada." Basically, after those girls put those lawsuits against McDonalds for making them fat, they have this whole "if you eat McDonalds, but exercise too (like you should kiddies) you can stay fit and satisfied at the same time!"
Please.

Yes, someone had mentioned that. It's retarded.

That song was made before Ultramix came out. Seeing as it is a licensed song for Paul Oakenfold, that doesnt surprise me...

I heard the original(non-DDR) Ordinary World on the radio on sunday, but I was in a car full of women and couldn't hear crap, though I recognized the guitar intro and heard the chorus once or twice.

And before you tell me I'm nuts for focusing on the music in a car full of women, keep in mind they were all 30+ years older than me.

It was mentioned on that UPN show called "Cuts" (the guys said something about having to get back on the boards 'cause some 12 year old beat his score or something so that's why he wanted the day off of work) I miss my cable but that one moment was really funny.

On Nickelodean, sometimes, at the begnning of a commercial break, they show a character running and narrowly avoiding and orange splat, and it will say, "We willl be right back." or something to that affect.
This time, though, there were these pink things in the bottom left, and bottom-right corners that said "standard", that looked like the DDR ones, Dancing Robots in the background, arrows going up at 700 BPM, sometimes they were squares or circles, and it'd randomly show "250 Combo" on there periodically. The song was this guy saying, "Combo! Combo! Combo!" and then it said, "We will be right back."
It sounds like a wierd dream-style thing, but it happened. Watch Nick, you'll see it eventually.

All the kids started to breakdance and I died a little inside.

check out this DDR and Pump It Up merchandise. Me and my entire squad purchased at least one shirt from this site. The designs are really well done and came out better than my DDr shirt I ordered from red octne.

[Advertising sucks]

if u like ddr and pump it up this is a must see...
