What's on your feet while playing DDR?

I mostly play barefoot.But,my new Champions look promicing.Barefoot hurts,but,its easier to move about.

I wear my martial arts shoes. They're very light, but still shoes, and not just socks. Actually I was able to play with socks on Max 300 and got a "B" and the bottom of my feet never crape the crews... It just get slippery ...

eh.. can't play barefoot in arcades.. i end up hurting my feet too much.. i played twice without shoes in an arcade only because i was wearing chunky sandals and thought eh.. which would hurt less. i had bruises on the balls of my feet...

i play barefoot at home with my soft mat and in my chucks at the arcades

I have always worn Adidas when i have played DDR they are good for heavy mode players because they have great grip on metal pads Nike's suck for playing DDR they slip and slide when they get a little bit of dirt or dust on them.

heh, reminds methe first time i did sakura it was on standard and my left shoe lace became undone and it got stuck in the mat in the arrow right at the slow part. at 10 secs before it ended i got it loose. I got a C

Dude i play at home mainly and im so hardcore, i wear these sweet buttocks brown socks that have these stuffed reindeer heads at the tops of them and on the bottom there are these like rubber dots so it produces a no slip grip.

I will post some pictures they totally rock.
