| My Stepmania version says 3.9 rc2a. It only has C400, I'm looking to get a C500 and C600, and posibly ITG timing windows. Can anyone help me out? |

DDRManiax.net had a tutorial posted in their forums on how to make any speed mod you wanted. I'd take a look over there.
ITG timing windows are a separate matter entirely.
