Hey, get this:

The Internet is worldwide.

DST is a US thing. Mostly, anyway. Those holdouts in Arizona don't respect it, but I hear we're planning to invade there soon and liberate the citizens.

But anyway, we should break the server for the US people?

It's a phpBB problem, not a server problem. Kind of the same thing that causes the Newfoundlanders to have a bad timezone. That's something I eventually want to look into.
