I'd congratulate him, that's an amazing grade for a first try on a 10.
Anyway, I hate when noobs massacre the f***ing pads, because of them, NO MORE DDR AT MY ARCADE. I was the last one to play, and I thought I broke it cuz I still aced JJR, but Bunny, one of the workers there, assured me that it wasn't my fault, and helped me learn Pump. God bless her. _________________

Beginner n00bs that are pissed off when I play Twilight Zone Standard and "they can't do it on Beginner", so I have to do it on Beginner to show them. Their favorite song: Forever Sunshine. That's cause I was training them on DDRMAX2 USA. Hn... _________________

Does Outer Limits have a changed stepchart between Ultramix and wherever it was before that? I got a stepmania file of it and it had changed steps and confused me. I tried using search on the song lists but it was giving me nothing. _________________

Hm...I dunno, that brings up an interesting point, shadowing is free, but they don't choose the songs, don't get graded, and it's usually craploads easier (given that the steps don't have to be accurate), but if a noob comes up to me and tells me to do something like Butterfly (beginner) for the sole purpose of being able to shadow, I'll tell them they can shadow, but they're gonna have to shadow my stuff, which end up being hard nines or 10s. One guy passed out trying to shadow Drop Out, I'm surprised he was that determined. _________________

I hate when you play a real hard song and people go up and pose.
I hate when people walk by and yell "YOU SUCK TEH BAWLS!!!" (it happened at celebration station once)
I hate when you start a coin line and a n00b goes and takes your coin as a present.
I hate when lil kids run across the machine thinking its a path.
Thats about it. Idea for arcades: Make a box so people add their name to a slot and when there turn is up scroll all the names up. No more losing coins! _________________

when people stand two feet behind you and do the steps on the ground
having to sit through a flock of beginner/light, aaand sometimes standard games.
when a fellow, worse ddr player encourages you and says good job when you get a B on song that you should have A'd, and an A on a really easy one. oy.
and stomping. so cringeworthy. |

Seconded, though it's sort of irrelevant to this topic.
I hate it when you're playing a hard song/Extra Stage and random people are talking right next to you. And loudly, which makes you mess up to a certain extent. _________________

I was referring to the poster above me. But when playing ddr I hate it when you play with someone, and they pick a song they know that they can't do and don't tell you. Failing the first stage due to miscommunication makes me angry... _________________

Well...Tell a worker, or kick 'em off yourself, and if they still refuse ask to vs. them, if they're real elitists, they won't turn down a challenge. That works at my arcade. _________________

I hate the following people at arcades.
1. Soccer moms who do not understand the concept of wait your turn. I got into a long "conversation" with one of those in which in the end I promptly told her to shut her pompous mouth. She left me alone soon afterwards
2. People who step on my arrows while I play, I PURPOSEFULLY stomp on their foot when they do this, which they then attempt to report, funny thing is that its my cousin who owns said arcade.
3. People who shadow without asking, or people who shadow with the intent to throw you off. I have pushed people off the pads after asking nicely to stop, resulting in skinned knees and elbows, ask first please thanks.
4. Those people who think its funny to call you GHEY or LAME or other such things for playing a DDR while standing 2 feet behind you. After flicking them off, they usually continue to go on, in which case I wait for a crossover and smack them upside the head. They usually leave soon afterward. One prideful guy with his GF was there one time, he tried to hit me back, I kicked him in the stomache on the next crossover, enough to make him go away. His GF was laughing at him the entire time I might add.
5. Little kids who oggle you for doing any song above 4 foot difficulty. Their moms then ask you to play with them, which is fine, but those kids tend to flail around ALOT...
6. People who stomp on the pads as hard as they can to be cool, it makes me want to cringe.
7. People who leave a mess at the arcade machine.
8. People who disregard the turn quota and put in 5 credits. They then plead stupid, this has resulted in a very pissed off arcade manager.
Im a nice guy I really am, but I have zero tolerance for arrogant/stupid people so I tend to go off a bit more than I should. I do always give fair warning though. And yes I still pay for the use of the machine at the arcade. _________________

I hate it when little 5 year olds come on MY pad and start dancing, and when I push them off they get their moms and their mom ruins my song by yelling at me, so I say "Just BLEEP of lady, your kid is ugly and worthless, and she leaves." |

This is pretty much what i hate, with the addition of a little kid's birthday party oggling me, yelling at me, and being downright disrespectful (ive had some of the kids attempt to fit as many of themselves on the other pad, and i had to push them all off:) |
