Someone told me that the DDR game engine doesn't allow more than two feet at the same time.......

Yet, I thought I remembered some songs where three to all four steps where all at the same time, like you may have to use your hands, I am not talking about 1/16 steps........

So these songs exist or am i thinking about pump it up or something...

Only on PIU or ITG will you find quads or triples.

The only thing I can think of that matches what you're saying is the "Step Battle" songs on the arcade versions of DDR 2nd Mix and 3rd Mix and the home version of 2nd Mix. In those songs, there were segments where a bunch of empty arrows would scroll up the screen for both players. During that time, each player was suppose to hit a sequence of arrows, which the game would record, and then you'd play whatever steps your opponent made. I seem to remember hearing somewhere that you could record 3-arrow or 4-arrow movements and the game would play them back. Not entirely sure on that, though.

Dancing Stage 1.5 has the song "Uh La La La", which has a triple at the end. That's the only song in Konami's dance game history to have a triple.

I'm sure if it was sold for profit, Konami would clamp down on it (I'm sure it's a matter of time before they clamp down on ITG).[/quote]

Couldn't you hurt your wrist falling with your hand on an arrow?

Probobally. Ive done that a few times. Really hurts, especially when you want your freestyle move to be handstands on tsugaru light.

I wanna say that I've seen a song in the arcade that had 3 steps... I can't remember it at all though. I just remember trying to play it with my friend and failing miserably... (back when i was on standard...)

On DDR? There isn't a single song that has a triple on Standard. The only triple in DDR is in Uh La La La on Expert single (Expert = Heavy on Euromix games.)

Couldn't you hurt your leg stepping on arrows up to 5 times a second?

This reminds me...

In edit mode, I wish DDR would let me put both of the far side arrows on at the same time.

Break someone's nuts..haha.

He/She was using sarcasm. Also, a come-back question that, thus, answers the opposing question. It's meant to be ironic and rhetorical thumb.gif

My 5 arrows a second I was referring to The Legend of Max. Which I have AA'd.

333bpm means 1/4 notes in one minute
devde 333 by 60 n u get 5.55 then * that by 2 because of 1/8ths n u get 11.1

Kinda makes ya think doesnt it.
