I'm pretty sure "Mahou" is pronounced "Ma-ho", "Shoudou" is "show-doh" and "L'amour et la liberté" is "La more eh la lee-behr-teh".
I'm also sure that "DXY!" is pronounced "dixie", not "d-x-y". _________________

Yozora No Muko - ã¨ã¾ã©ãã ã³ - Yoh Zoh Rah Noh Moo Koh
Daikenkai - ãã¤ã±ã³ã«ã¤ - Die Ken Kie (like pie)
Mahou No Tobira - ããã¦ãããã© - Mah Hoe No Toe Bee Rah

I really didn't care about what belongs in katakana and hiragana, so I left it all in katakana. Anything japanese is incredibly easy to pronounce, yet everybody says it wrong. It is exactly what it looks like, considering that the japanese have only 5 vowel sounds, while we have like 20 or something. They have A (like paw), I (like cheese), U (like shoe), E (like wet), and O (like no). Combinations like AI sounds like pie, while EI sounds like May. If you mispronounce English words, you are sad.
EDIT: I forgot, you have to put your browser in Unicode or whatever to see the katakana correcty. |

awww... I misspronounce english words
anways, it's a foreign language to me so it's ok
btw: spanish and japanese share the same vowel scheme... it's easier to me to pronounce japanese than english... even though it's easier to learn english than japanese
and don't go flamebaiting with country names (that was the core of this post) _________________

The only pronunciation that really bothers me is of Tsugaru. People always say Tsoo Goo Roo. Goo? Goo does not equal Ga. It's an A people! Yeah, if I ever see you and you say that, you will be slapped. |

GarySurvivorâs pronunciation is the closest way to say Tsugaru.
âTsuâ sounds like Cats or Wits.
By the way, Iâm Japanese from Tsugaru area so I should know.
Orion.78 â Orion Naha (7-nana & 8-hachi) Naha is main city of Okinawa prefecture and Name of Beer made in Okinawa (Rampage told us that in another thread). |

Pandemonium: pan-du-moe-nee-um
Lupin the 3rd '78: Loo-pin thu third se-vin-tee-ate (a lot of people pronounce it luh-pine...at least the ones that I hear)
AM-3P: am-three-pee (that's how I say it - does anyone say A.M.?)

I say "A.M." and so do my friends.
The "Virtual" in La Senorita Virtual is pronounced the Spanish way, right? Because I say it the Spanish way.
Gamelan de couple- I say it "Gah-meh-lan deh Couple".
321 Stars- I say it "3-2-1 stars" not "three hundred and twenty one stars". _________________
