Simple question, two parts:
1) Is VerTex offsync? (Pretty sure most people will say yes)
2) How bad is it offsync? On a scale of 1-10, with 3 or 4 being HyperEurobeat and 10 being D2R. _________________

If the simfile on fantom's site is accurate, then play the song on .3x song rate and play auditorily. You will decent attack the song. I can't personally say that the actual song is off because I really can't play 1x worth shit anyway, but I suspect the simfile is accurate. In that case it would be far worse than D2R. _________________

VerTex seems offbeat to me, so yes.
I rate it a 9. It's close to some D2R offbeat action. =/ _________________

if you play any song on .3x music youll practically never MA it. plus the simfiles are practically never accurate.
id say that to begin with its about .03 seconds off, then in the slowdown with the triplets, it gets to about .04 seconds off. after that though, it gets back to about maybe .01 late, or even right on, its hard to tell. but it definitely changes syncing _________________

A player is considered good in my opinion when a player of a higher level comments about you or see's you triple A a song. Or if somebody looks up to you. Hope it clarifies. |

I played it today on C400 and it does still seem offsync/offbeat to me. I rate it a 5 now. It's slightly worse then Hyper Eurobeat but it was NOT as bad as D2R. _________________

Personally, I never saw D2R as offbeat. Still don't.
But VerTex is off, and it's about a 7. |

Unfortunately, the majority of my ITG play is home version, so my opinion is skewed because the CS is actually synced slightly differently for many of the songs, for example Hand of Time and Walking on Fire are borderline unplayable on CS, whereas there only just off on arcade (Or pretty much right on for R16).
Whatever, that being said, I find VerTex to definitely be off, BUT part of the offsync is do the song's poor structure as opposed to it's offset. Sure, it's offset is well.....off (late), but it has slowdown's that aren't exactly half, one measure that slows down like 11 BPM and then right after that "half times's" into a BPM that really has nothing to do with the song, just for it later speed back up to a BPM that has nothing to do with the part you came out of (This is near the end if you haven't noticed.)
Yeah, bunch of stupid stuff like that.
On a scale of 1-10 on how offsync it is, D2R being a 10, I would have to say it is only around a 4, but again, I may be jaded due to the even more abyssmal syncing of Happiness comes mix, Walking on Fire, and Hand of Time CS.....oh, and Bouff is right on up there as well.
EDIT: Oh crap, didn't read the date. DON'T POST ANY MORE HERE AND REPEAT MY MISTAKE!! _________________

It's perfectly onbeat on ITG2.
However, It seemed a LITTLE bit, maybe a 2 on ITG1AC _________________
