New topics not being posted error in Marketplace forum

I'm not sure it's a bug or what, but I created a new topic in the marketplace forum. After I posted it, when it gives you the option to see the topic you just posted, I click that link and it then says the topic is not found. I made sure it wasn't posted by refreshing the page and the post wasn't shown so I created a new topic again and the same thing happen.

Thought I would mention it because it says to report bugs here.

How long was your title? Try shortening it and try again.

I admit that phpBB has some weird bugs with regards to the subject line and PMs and such.

The title was almost the maximum amount of characters allowed. I'll post it again with a shorter title.

I've put in a fix for this in our phpBB install, so you won't have this problem any longer. It'll be active within the hour.

The problem is that when special characters are used in the subject line, they only count for one space, but when the post is processed, they are expanded to HTML equivalents, which generally take 5-8 spaces. The line length is now checked before the post is accepted, so that posts will no longer appear to be accepted when they actually aren't.
