ddr is the only thing that separates me from insanity with all the crap I go through school and homework and...yeah. I love it because it always gets rid of my stress, whether it be DDR, IIDX, or Stepmania.

Wow good topic. I was going to make one just like this until I saw this thread!

Today I was having a fine day until I got a grade back for a test that I thought I did good on. I didn't, and was very upset. As soon as my roomate left the room I pulled out the dance pad and went crazy. I finally passed Paranoia whatever mix from Max 2, something I could never do before. I also passed Trip Machine from Max 2, something I haven't been able to do again since the first time I randomly passed it. So yeh, I love playing when I am stressed out or angry because sometimes I play better and afterwards I feel like nothing bothers me. E1.gif

I usually only play DDR on the weekends, but I've noticed that if I'm stressed when I play DDR, I play the hell out of Oni courses for hours on end, and by the end of the night, I feel like a million bucks.

If I get stressed during the week, I end up playing some random FPS to keep from flipping out and killing people.

I play when I'm stressed all the time, it's how I unwind... sometimes I'll play for 3 hours. It makes me feel better when I know I'm getting better and I can't wait to go to the theatre and play... It's my drug.

My job right now is all about the stress... I always look forward to the end of the day when I go home and spend an hour doing DDR.... I used to play Evercrack for the same reason, as I enjoyed killing orcs etc to relieve stress, but then Evercrack itself became stressful....

I look forward to GTA4. Now there's a way to relieve work stress. E1.gif

I do play a bit better when I'm stressed. However, pad misses just make me more angry....

I often use some sort of physical activity as a stress reliever. Sometimes that includes DDR.
