What are the hardest and most fun songs on DDR (any game)? What is the best home DDR game?

The hardest song varies among people since each 10-footer is unique (MAX 300 with stamina and foot speed, MAXX UNLIMITED with the jumps from hell, ect). Most people would say PSMO is the hardest but everyone's opinions are different.

The best home DDR game would be Extreme JP if you got either a Japanese PS2 of a modded one. I would say DDRMAX is the best for USA PS2 but that's my opinion

MaxX Unlimited is my favorite ten footer, and Rhythm and Police is my favorite other.

HVAM (Healin' Visin' ~Angelic mix~) Is fun for me. DDRMAX is hands down the best US home. (All of them suck but DDRMAX is less Americanized.)

I'm an anime and classic whore

Pink Rose, Freckles, Frozen Ray, V, Kakumei, Speed over Beethoven

Everyone says that 10 footers are hard--duh. Unusually difficult songs for their foot rating are waka laka, witch doctor, that stupid kiss kiss song with all the freeze arrows, that other song.

Afronova is a really fun song. Its not like its hard or anything, but it gives you a nice break from the hard suckers.

You're opinion would be valid if this were about your favorite songs. Don't try to modwhore man. It doesn't make you cool, I promise.

Most people will say PSMO is the hardest, as will I. As for the most fun song to play, I'd say DDR Oni is fun, but then again I like playing Max300 as well. Word to ya motha', peace.

Hardest song? On foot? Must be Healing Vision Angelic Mix. If you don't double step this song you are the dizzyest DDR player on Earth. If you do, you should have a flat line for your heart rate (Listen to the second half of the song and see what I mean) laugh.gif

On controller? Must be The Legend of Max. You have a better chance of doing this on your feet. I am looking for a strategy that you can specifically use for passing this on a controller. To this day. Every successful attempt was a fluke! E4.gif

PSMO is EASILY the hardest song in DDR. i'm guessing you've never seen someone who didn't suck at DDR. hell, you've probably never even played DDR outside of your house.

Mr. "Big letter man": Don't post if you didnt read the whole post. He asked for the hardest song. Meaning that the thread you gave didnt completely explain what you were trying to say.

Although he gave the wrong thread, its true that I've seen a million post of this. This is all subjective, so there is no definite "hardest" song

annon, with all due respect, I only know about songs featured on the home versions. The song you are talking about, I haven't heard it yet. Thus I could agree with you as soon as it is featured on PS2. I suck at the arcades by the way.

No wonder! I can't even get my grubby hands on imports. I don't know where to get them.

Best home version of DDR: IMHO, Ultramix 2, as it has 10 downloadable songpacks (aka 50 more songs), plus a large base of songs including many classics such as V and A and Max 300.

Hardest song... well, I can't answer that. I'm only on standard/5 footers myself. For me, the hardest I've done so far is Starmine, but that is mostly because the number of jumps drained my stamina quickly.

Most fun song... I really love playing I Feel....(Toy remix). It's non-stop crossovers on light, and just is fun to play. I also love V, because once the music gets going I really feel like I'm dancing.

DDR Max isn't bad, for a home version... however the announcer drives me crazy E1.gif

this is what i think

hardest song: psm on doubles

most fun song: so deep on doubles, or Your Rain (Rage Mix) doubles

For US home I like extreme, because they kept Frozen Ray and TLOM

The only arcade songs I need now from the arcade to home is psm or ps
