I don't think there's a real age limit. It's a personal choice, and so long as you don't play as much as to hurt your career and family life, then keep playing.

there should be no age limit to playing ddr. it keeps you in shape, and is great for you. biggrin.gif Unless ur like 80 years old. that might give ya a heart attack.
