I don't think there's a real age limit. It's a personal choice, and so long as you don't play as much as to hurt your career and family life, then keep playing.

DDR doesnt have to be competitive and shouldn't have any restrictions.

I'm 28, and I play lots of video games. I also have a full time job and am a member of the SCA. *shrug*.

Growing old is mandatory.

there should be no age limit to playing ddr. it keeps you in shape, and is great for you.

Unless ur like 80 years old. that might give ya a heart attack.
