Yes... I also think so. But do you like the song style?? There are several kinds of songs in this game.... they even have some special folk songs.... What kinds of songs do you like to play??

Yeah, in most of these drum games I like something with a good and enchanting beat. That means folk songs are a definate plus for me.

yes.... I also agree with you. When I feel sad, I just go to play it and beat it..... it really makes me feel better...... and forget something that I worry about.

Do you have your favorite song in this game? and what is it name??

Hey guys,

I found the official fourm of this game.
The website is http://rf.igs.com.tw/pmaster/en/html/phpbb/index.php
They seem to have some vedio to download it.
Besides, you also can say something there.
It is good for them to know what you think.

I'm kind of on the fence about this thing....

We got one at the local amusement park, and I agree with some of the criticisms and complaints lobbied against it, but at the same time I like it better in some respects than, say, Taiko Drum Master.

To me, it's like PIU to DDR. The timing window on the game IS huge. When I can A+ 'Times Square' on my first try on Normal, something's wrong (although having it take a picture of my stomach to showcase how well I did on the song was not cool... laugh.gif ).

I like the fact that it has those two extra pads up top. It gives it more combinations to hit than just inside/outside drum, like Taiko. At best guess, I can see 11 different 'hits' to have to make during play:

-single hit center drum
-single hit outside drum
-double hit center
-double hit outside
-single hit blue
-single hit red
-both red and blue
-center drum + red
-center drum + blue
-outside drum + red
-outside drum + blue

It definitely 'feels' Drummania-ish, but still retains the Taiko element.

The best part about it is definitely the songs... I wish I could find mp3s of Body Talk, Cha Cha Queen, or that Invaders song. Those all rock. But finding any kind of media on this thing (other than what is on that Trade Show video) is nearly impossible. Let alone finding 'drum charts'.

Overall it's a very lenient game as far as the timing window is concerned, but miss a hit or two and your score drops significantly. I got a B+ just for missing TWO hits on Cha Cha Queen Normal. That's pretty strict grading.

Overall, it's a decent cross between Drummania and Taiko, but it still could use some work.

Now we just need some song d/ls..... E1.gif

We also just got this game recently in our arcade (I love my brother, he works there and was the one who suggested it) and it is really really fun. I've been trying to find something on it ever since I played it last week.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who likes it a lot.
BTW, do you guys know how high the difficulty goes up? When I play versus the highest is 13 (which is pretty easy now) and I once got a 14 on the last tiebreaker stage.
