Bag 1x flat isn't bad at all.

I've played on a machine that had .5x and brake/wave. My extra stage would be Pink Rose 0.5x dark reverse sudden (totally doable).

I don't know about the first extra stage, but a good OMES would be L'Amour .025x shuffle flat dark sudden death ..... i'll be nice and leave it regular instead of reverse
