Can't get characters to be cel-shaded

Is the skin on the neck, the arms, whet ever is NOT Clothes or face a little brighter than the face?
Then you have cel shade on!
Personally I don't like it for that reason.

what's the point in using cel-shaded models anyway ... all it does is add a black border and lighten up the skin ??

Well, that's kinda a glitch where some characters lose color on their body parts. What about one of the robo characters?

I tried your Exteme.Exe, didn't do a thing... so overal it's useless!
