Wiring on a DDR or Dance ManiaX monitor?

Hey guys, im building a stepmania cabinet to make up for the lack of ddr machines in my community (central ct )
So im looking online for parts and i see that a 29 inch tv cost about 100 bucks plus shipping on ebay, but then i stumble across this http://www.channelbeat.com/products/parts/dance_mania___freaks_parts/192.html

and i am confused, that would be a great monitor to use but i am baffled by the wiring type, im assuming that its designed for the dancemaniax motherboard, but is there anychance to port to vga or dvi, actually, any standardized video type?

Unless iam mistakin, (mistakin?, chekin spellin) they all use the JAMMA type interface.

so yes, they are all standard.
