I keep hearing that Konami said that Extreme is the last mix

Obviously, Extreme isn't the last mix. Ultramix 2 is currently the last mix

If you are talking about the arcade version, Extreme is probably the last one. Though it might be false, there is a slim chance that we'll be seeing any more DDR's.

Even if it is the last mix, its not the end of the world. Then again, you can hang out with the gay asians, and play some beatmania with them.

Konami's officially stated that they're "taking a break" with DDR arcade mixes.... meaning that's it's not dead.

...you just have to wait it out with the rest of us.

If DDR dies within this year I hope there is a second comming if DDR.
They should make a movie about DDR and ITG, They will call it "How DDR Got Its Groove back".

any ways if it was to die it should come back with 200+ new (good) songs, new machine look and features like cup and jacket holders, lots of cool extras. It will just be like jesus but there was no second coming of him... yet.

Look, nobody can tell whether or not DDR will continue to advance. Just sit and wait. In my opinion, ITG just gives you something to do while you wait for a new mix. Itll keep you occupied for a few years

I wouldnt be surprised if Extreme was the last arcade mix, but dont get me wrong, I will definately miss ddr if it slows down.

I think that ITG will give you a good chance to improve your skills, even if it isnt exactly DDR.
