Firstly, my name is Blair and I am new to this community. Secondly... On freeze arrows (the yellow ones where you have to hold the step for a while), I believe are impossible to get perfect both ways on.
I was wondering how to do this. (i can get perfect at the top of the freeze arrow but when I get to the bottom of the hold is tays O.K, please tell me how to get perfect on both parts.

Thanks
~Blair~

When ending a freeze arrow, you get either OK or NG. You want the OK.

To get a "Perfect" at the beginning of the freeze arrow you must hit it correctly to the beat like any other arrow.

As already stated, there are only two options for the end of the freeze arrow: OK and NG. The NG stands for "Not good." You can take your foot off the arrow for 1/8 of a beat, but if it's any longer than that you will get a NG. You can actually take your foot off for 1/8 of a beat, put it back on, take it off for 1/8, put it back on. It's so that if an arrow kind of sucks you won't get penalized for it.

There is no way to get two "perfects" for a freeze arrow because there is only one possible "perfect" to get.

Nope, for the list of unlockable songs in Extreme, check the "Song Lists" section.

Although Extreme(arcade I guess?) has alot of songs, it unfortunately doesn't have all of them from Max2(like the song you mentioned); nowadays I would imagine that most machines are completely unlocked.

in response to what Spiek said, my friend just found out the 1/8 beat thing the other day. now when ever he has a long double freeze (2 feet at a time), he just runs in place and the lights fade in and out real fast. semi entertaining but very draining.
