ITG Song Stepcharts...

I've noticed that the ITG stepcharts here on DDR Freak are horribly off. I know you guys are still working on it and everything, but even the songs you have completed are off by miles. Take Anubis for example, that song has freeze arrows all throughout. However, on the stepchart here, I saw no freezes on the chart. The max combo is way off as well. I suggest you guys fix those before serious ITG players start posting these flaws everywhere.

Until we have more accurate ITG SM files, we can't fix the problems.

www.itgsimfiles.com has the updated files. perhaps you guys are using the old files based on location testing (the files there now are almost arcade exact). There might also be some problem with your SM stepchart script...aren't the DDR stepcharts generated from DWI files? the stepcharts at ITGfreak are generated from the itgsimfiles.com simfiles (which are .sm format), so the only explaination I can think of is that your SM stepchart generator is buggy.

Ours are generated from the same simfiles. But I didn't write the SM parser, so I'm not sure if that's the problem or not.

Yeah, our SM parser is buggy. I was gone on vacation all last week, so I had no time at all to fix it. I will work on it this week, however.
