What is this card thing??

I found this weird little card at an Illusionz arcade, sitting on an In The Groove machine, near the card readers. I picked it up and kept it, and now I'm curious what is it. Anyone know? The first one is the front side, and the second pic is the backside (I think).

EDIT: sorry bout the size. But the front of it says "We're glad to meet you" and the back has a Konami logo, and japanese writing I don't understand. And on the corner it says "IN". I'm guessing you scan it somewhere.

Nice Pop'n Music 10 E-amuse card there. I believe with the E-amuse cards you can unlock songs that you can't normally, just like with Beatmania IIDX. I don't believe they are functional in the US though (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

If you don't want it you can sell it in the Marketplace on DDR Freak or over at Bemanistyle. They usually sell for $3 to $5 each... depending on what game/mix the card is from. I like stuff like that so I wouldn't sell it.

It will only work with Pop'n Music games with the e-Amuse system. Somebody was just trying to be 31337 by using it as their placeholder and then ended up forgetting it. Oops.
