Metal Pad help

Hey guys recently my metal pad starting acting up on me and I need your help to determine if its broke or not. Well the down arrow is my problem the problem isn't the Plate its like the sensor underneath While I would play I would literally have to stop on it to get it to work. When I would have to do combos and hitting the up and down at the same time it wouldn't work at all the. only when I hit down extremly hard it will proceed to work.the wiring looks fine the soldering is all good could it be the chip?. Please if you can help this would be helpful like what I have to do to get it to work. Or if I need a new metal pad Ballz man ballz

Scrub at the sensor for a good half an hour......

Yeah, that'd be a great thing to do because it'll probably better help us help you. Oh and after you tell us what metal pad it is, it'd be even better if you go to that pad's thread to talk and ask about it there because it'll greater your chances of getting reply and help from people who know, instead of just creating a generic thread really.

Aha, braket each corner style. When was the last time you cleaned the sensors? Seriously, get a sponge or something or wax or SOMETHING to clean em.
